In this training, you will learn how to add lead source and groups. This will help you group your customers and use some features.
- Press ' +' icon to add new Lead/Group
2. Give a name to the lead or group and set uhe needed features
- Display order: controls the position of the group in the drop-down list;
- Discount: option to select a manual discount that will be applied to the customers in group;
- Default group: making the group the default one for customers;
- Tax exempt: this will turn off taxes on sales for customers from this group.
- Move customers to this group: option to move existing customers from one group to a newly created one.
3. Press ' Save' to proceed.
