Pulse App - Data Reset

Pulse App - Data Reset

Important: Performing a data reset will permanently remove all locally stored Pulse data that has not yet been synchronized with Franpos.

This includes:
  • Unfulfilled reconciliations
  • Purchase Order receiving records that have not been synchronized
  • Warehouse Order activity that has not been synchronized
  • Any other pending offline changes
Make sure all important data has been synchronized before proceeding.

A data reset clears all locally stored Pulse data and forces the application to download a fresh copy of data from Franpos servers during the next login.

How to Perform a Data Reset

  1. Open the Pulse app.
  2. Navigate to:
    Settings → Storage Usage
  1. Tap the Data Reset (broom) icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.
  1. Confirm the data reset when prompted.

After the Reset

Once the reset is complete:

  1. Close and reopen the Pulse app if necessary.
  2. Log in using your Login credentials.
  3. Allow the application to download and synchronize data from the cloud.

Depending on the amount of data assigned to your account, the initial synchronization may take several minutes to complete.
