Pulse app: Cycle Count

How to Use Cycle Count

1️⃣ Open the Reconcile Inventory Menu

  • In the Pulse App, tap the menu icon (☰)

  • Select Reconcile Inventory


2️⃣ Create a New Cycle Count Report

  • Tap the PLUS (+) button


3️⃣ Name the Collection and Select a Reason

  • Enter your Collection Name

  • Choose a Reconcile Reason

  • Optionally, you can also select a Brand, Vendor, and Category

  • After filling in the required fields, tap the Create button


4️⃣ Add Items

You can now add products in two ways:

  • Manually enter SKU numbers

  • Or scan barcodes using your device’s camera


5️⃣ Finalize the Count

  • After adding all the necessary products, tap Continue

  • Then tap Reconcile Now



6️⃣ View or Download the Final Report

You can also access this report later from the Back Office:

  • Go to Catalog → Receive/Reconcile Products → Activity
