Pulse app: Cycle Count
How to Use Cycle Count
1️⃣ Open the Reconcile Inventory Menu
In the Pulse App, tap the menu icon (☰)

Select Reconcile Inventory
2️⃣ Create a New Cycle Count Report

Tap the PLUS (+) button
3️⃣ Name the Collection and Select a Reason

Enter your Collection Name
-
Choose a Reconcile Reason
-
Optionally, you can also select a Brand, Vendor, and Category
-
After filling in the required fields, tap the Create button
4️⃣ Add Items
You can now add products in two ways:

Manually enter SKU numbers
-
Or scan barcodes using your device’s camera
5️⃣ Finalize the Count
-
After adding all the necessary products, tap Continue
-
Then tap Reconcile Now
6️⃣ View or Download the Final Report
You can also access this report later from the Back Office:

Go to Catalog → Receive/Reconcile Products → Activity
