Selecting Service Provider/Service from Walk In Tab vs Selecting Service Provider/Service from Catalog and adding to Cart

We implemented this feature in Register V 3.5.3.
Please update the application to register 3.5.3 in order to use this feature.

If your location wants to select service provider and service from the catalog and add it inside the cart please follow the steps below.

1. Login to your franpos back office (my.franpos.com) 
2. Once logged in please click on settings on the left side
3. Please click on walk in and go inside walk in settings
4. Turn off Enable Service provider and save the page at bottom
5. Once saved sync the register on the POS Tablet.


















If Your location wants to select the service provider/service from walk in tab itself please follow these steps :
