Example 1: Flat Commission, No Cost

Calculation: Commission = $20 (fixed amount)
Result: Employee earns $20
Example 2: Percentage Commission, No Cost
- Service Price: $100
- Commission: 50
- Is Commission Percentage: ✅ (checked)
- Cost: $0
Calculation: Commission = $100 × 50% = $50
Result: Employee earns $50
Example 3: Percentage Commission, Flat Cost
- Service Price: $100
- Commission: 50
