Company ID (CID number of the store ) - Each Store will have a Unique CID number which helps Franpos Team to pull your account and help. This is how you can find out your Store CID and provide it to Franpos.

Version - Every Month Franpos releases a new version. This is how you can find out what version the Register Application of your POS is on






Release Notes -

Franpos publishes the release notes when a new version is released ( it includes Improvements done, Bug Fixes and New features ).
