Franpos Pay - Credit Debit Machines - Reboot Process
In this article, you will learn how to reboot each of these credit card machines when necessary.
All of these devices can be restarted using the Power button located on the side. This guide will also explain how to perform a soft reboot through the device settings menu.
The image below displays all credit and debit card machines compatible with our Franpos Pay system.
1. Verifone P630 – Designed to pair with the dual-screen Franpos POS system. This device supports both Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity and includes a numeric keypad.
2. AMS 1 – Also designed for use with the dual-screen Franpos POS system. This device connects through Wi-Fi and includes an eSIM, allowing cellular service to function as a backup if the Wi-Fi connection is interrupted.
3. Saturn 1000 Castle Handheld Device – A handheld device that combines both the register application and payment module. It is commonly used by Stores for markets and events . This device connects through Wi-Fi and includes an eSIM, providing cellular backup whenever the Wi-Fi connection is lost.

Reboot Verifone P630
Press Number 9 and then Press the Green Circle to Navigate Device Settings
Scroll down and Click on Power
Enter Passcode - 0725 and click ok
Select Restart and then Reboot
Reboot AMS 1
Click on Settings
If you are currently in the Payment Screen , tap the Home button located at the bottom center of the screen. Once you are on the Home screen, select Settings.

Select Power
Enter Passcode - 0725
Select Restart
Select Reboot
Reboot Saturn 1000 Castle Handheld
If you are currently in the Register application, tap the Home button located at the bottom center of the screen. Once you are on the Home screen, select Settings.
Click on Power
Enter Passcode - 0725
Select Restart
Select Reboot
