Gift card - Mass Credit

In this training, we will learn how to Add, Subtract and Change Customer's Balance of Gift Card.

  • Report >> Product >> Gift card 
  1. Select Date by Quick date or Start and End as Optional 
  2. You can search gift card by 'Gift card Code' or by 'Customer name'
  3. Make sure the type should be 'Gift card and also show should be 'Created Gift card'
  4. Click 'Go'
  5. You should see that gift card been created on the table
  6. To add money to that gift card Select 'Mass Credit'
  7. You can 'Change to' e.g. add, subtract and enter the amount
  8. Click ‘Proceed’
