Loyalty - Pay

In this training, you will learn how to use your loyalty earnings when processing transactions.

Pre-prerequisite:-

  • Marketing > Loyalty Program > Enable 'Loyalty Program' & Set up Loyalty
  1. Put item in the basket
  2. Tap on 'Guest Customer'
  3. Assign the customer
  4. Tap 'Charge' 
  5. Payment process 'Reward' option will appear
  6. Tap on the ticket to view transaction
  7. Press ticket until you see receipt to open
  8. On the Receipt, it will show that you have paid by the loyalty points
