Register on Pulse App

In this article, you will learn how to create and manage sales transactions using the Register section of the Pulse App.

Opening the Register

Open the Pulse App and select Register from the navigation menu.

Selecting or Creating a Customer

Every transaction can be associated with an existing customer profile or a newly created customer.

Search for an Existing Customer

Use the search field to locate an existing customer by:

  • Customer Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Customer Number

Create a New Customer

If the customer does not already exist, tap the + button to create a new customer profile.


Adding Items to the Cart

Products and services can be added to the cart directly from the catalog.

Browse the Catalog

Tap Catalog to browse available products and services.






Viewing Tickets and History

To access customer tickets, transaction history, and other related information, tap the button shown below.

Applying Discounts

Discounts can be applied directly to the transaction by selecting the discount button shown below.

Depending on your Franpos configuration, available discounts may include:

  • Automatic Discounts
  • Manual Discounts
  • Loyalty Rewards
  • Coupon Discounts
  • Employee Discounts

Completing the Sale

Once the customer, products, and discounts have been added to the cart, proceed to checkout and select the desired payment method.

Available payment methods depend on your store configuration and may include:

  • Credit Card
  • Cash
  • Gift Card
  • Store Credit
  • Other configured tenders

Summary

  • Search for an existing customer or create a new customer profile.
  • Add products and services from the catalog.
  • Review customer history and tickets when needed.
  • Apply discounts and promotions.
  • Complete the transaction using a supported payment method.
