Self Ordering Mode

Self Ordering Mode is primarily designed for Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs). It allows customers to browse the menu, customize their selections, and place orders independently, reducing wait times and improving the overall ordering experience.

Self Ordering Needs an Add On to be Purchased. 

Self Ordering Mode supports the following payment methods only:

1. Credit/Debit Card
2. Gift Card

Note: Cash payments are not supported in Self Ordering Mode.

How do I enable the Self Ordering Mode add-on?

Please login to Back Office (My.Franpos.com) 

Once enabled the add on save the page.

You can choose which products, services, or items are available in Self Ordering Mode by configuring these settings.

Entering or Exiting Self Ordering Mode on the Point of Sale Register

Self Ordering Mode supports the following payment methods only:

Before enabling Self Ordering Mode, ensure that the POS register and the Credit/Debit card payment terminal are connected and operating in Register Mode.
