In this article, we will explain how to connect your Franpos account to your
Shopify eCommerce platform and review the available integration settings.
Step 1: Open Shopify Integration Settings
Navigate to:
Corporate Account → Settings → Third-Party Orders → Shopify
Step 2: Install the Shopify App
For the initial setup, you must provide your Shopify store domain.
This domain can be found in your Shopify admin panel.
Enter your domain in the following format:
pet-shopify.franpos.com
After entering the domain, click Install App.
Step 3: Approve the App in Shopify
You will be redirected to Shopify.
If you are not logged in, Shopify will ask you to log in first.
Click Install in the bottom-right corner of the Shopify window.
After installation:
- The Shopify window will close
- The Franpos page will refresh automatically
- New Shopify integration settings will become available

-
If enabled — existing Franpos items will be updated from Shopify
-
If disabled — only missing items will be created in Franpos
Location Mapping
In the Locations Table, you must manually map
Franpos locations to Shopify locations.
This mapping controls:

Proper location mapping is required for accurate order creation
and inventory synchronization.
