Franpos GEN 4 / Android 13 Factory Reset

Important Notice

Before performing a factory reset, please ensure the following:

  • All data is fully synced with the Franpos Back Office
  • The cash drawer is closed
  • This process is done outside of business hours

How to Perform a Factory Reset

Follow these steps to reset your Franpos GEN 4 POS device running Android 13:

Step 1: Open Android Settings.

Step 2: On the left-hand menu, scroll down and tap System.


Step 3: On the right-hand panel, tap Reset Options.


Step 4: Select Erase All Data (Factory Reset).



Step 5:
Confirm by tapping Erase All Data again.


After the Reset

Once the reset is complete, please follow the instructions in the related article below to reinstall the register application and log in:
