How to Sign Up for Growth Marketing in Franpos

Franpos offers Growth Marketing, which includes SMS and email marketing to help you engage with your customers effectively. Follow the steps below to sign up and activate this feature.

Step 1: Request Growth Marketing Access

  1. Log in to your Franpos Back Office.
  2. Go to Settings > Billing.
  3. Scroll down to the Growth Marketing section.
  4. Click on the Request button.

Step 2: Complete the Verification Form

Once you click "Request," a Phone Number Verification Form will appear. You need to:

  • Fill out your business details (name, address, website, etc.).
  • Provide a valid email address for verification.
  • Enter the phone number you want to use for SMS marketing.
  • Select your estimated monthly message volume (default is 2000 SMS, but you can adjust based on your needs).
  • Click Approve to submit the request.

Step 3: Wait for Carrier Approval

Franpos submits your request to the carrier for approval. This process takes approximately 2 weeks. During this time:

  • Your phone number undergoes verification.
  • You won’t be able to send SMS marketing messages until approval is completed.

Step 4: Activate and Subscribe

  1. Once approved, Franpos will activate Growth Marketing for your account.
  2. You must return to the Growth Marketing section in Settings > Billing and subscribe to start using the feature.
  3. By default, 2000 SMS messages are included in the base cost. You can adjust this based on your marketing needs.
