What it does
- Checks today’s capacity once per day.
- If below X%, sends a promo SMS to your chosen audience.
- Runs automatically after setup.

Step 1 — Basics
- Go to Marketing → Add Campaign.
- (Optional) Toggle Include all customers across selected stores and enable Enroll all new locations automatically.
- Name it (e.g., Today Capacity 80% – $5 Off).
Step 2 — Message & offer
- Send type: Automated
- Send criteria: If booking for today is less than X% of total capacity
- Parameter X: e.g., 80
- Campaign type: Text
- Offer (discount): choose the promo (e.g., $5 Off or 10% Off)
- Recipients: Main contacts/parents
- Subject: Booking today? Get $5 off

Important: SMS shows the discount code only (no barcode). Add a barcode in the email version if you send one.
Step 3 — Audience, schedule & filters
- Use Registration date if you want only customers registered within a specific range.
- Send time: choose a morning time (e.g., 8:00–10:00 AM) so customers can act the same day.
- (Optional) Filter by state or ZIP.
Step 4 — Preview & launch
- Preview to confirm placeholders and offer.
- Send a test SMS to verify formatting.
- Click Save to activate.
Best practices
- Short window, strong CTA. “Book today” + clear code.
- Limit validity. Make the code valid for same-day only to create urgency.
- Test thresholds & send time. Try 70–85% and adjust the morning send time for best fill rates.
