Welcome Campaign – First Service Order Created
🎉 Welcome Campaign – First Service Order Created
Send an automatic welcome message to new customers after their first order or appointment.
It’s the perfect moment to thank them, introduce loyalty programs, and encourage their next booking.
What it does
- Triggers automatically when a customer completes their first order or appointment.
- Sends a thank-you message via text or email.
- Encourages them to book again or explore add-ons and memberships.
Why it works
- Creates a positive first impression that strengthens loyalty.
- Promotes rebooking before they forget their experience.
- Sets up long-term engagement opportunities (loyalty, referrals, add-ons).
Placeholders:
%CustomerFirstName% → Customer’s first name • %CompanyName% → Business name • %DiscountCode% → Text code (for SMS) • %DiscountBarcode% → Scannable code (for email)

Best practices

- Be consistent. Use the same tone as your other automated campaigns for brand continuity.
Pro tip: Pair this with a “Review Request” campaign a few days later to collect feedback from new customers.
