Mass Product Delete

In this article you will learn how to delete products in bulk and across several locations.

The best way is to utilize the Product Delete import template:


1) You need to go to back office Settings >> Import. Direct link: https://my.franpos.com/Import

2) Here scroll down until you see Product Delete section, download the template (XSLX) on the right for ease of use. 



3) Next, add the SKUs of unwanted products in the SKU column of the template spreadsheet. 


If the SKU has leading zero, format the column to Text and then paste the SKU





The CID column must be empty, if you wish to delete products from multiple stores

4) Then, once you are ready and have saved the modified template to your PC, go back to the Import Product Delete section, press on your location name, and use checkboxes to delete items from multiple stores, or leave the checkmark on the store you intend to delete items from:




5) Last step will be selecting the modified template with the unwanted SKUs and confirming the upload:



In the result window, you will see double (or even higher if you choose more than 2 location) the amount of SKUs you entered as the items are deleted in multiple stores.
