Barcode label: Retail Avery label (Default size: 1" × 2-5/8")

Supported format

  • Avery 5160 — 30 labels per sheet (3 columns × 10 rows)
  • Label size: 1" × 2-5/8" (2.54 cm × 6.67 cm)
  • Paper size: US Letter (8.5" × 11")
  • Works with most laser/inkjet printers

You can start printing on a partially used sheet. Enter the Start Label Number (1–30) before printing.

Example: If the first 10 labels are already used, set Start Label Number = 11. Printing will skip labels 1–10 and continue from position 11 to the end of the sheet.

How to print

  1. In the label screen, choose Avery 5160 as the format.
  2. (Optional) Set Start Label Number for partially used sheets.
  3. Click Preview to verify alignment and content.
  4. Open your browser/OS print dialog and use these settings:
    • Paper size: Letter
    • Scaling / Size: 100% (Actual size)
    • Margins: None or Minimum (≈ 0.1")
    • Orientation: Portrait
  5. Print a test page on plain paper and hold it against the label sheet to confirm alignment. Then print on the label sheet.

Tips & troubleshooting

  • If labels drift up/down, disable “Fit to page” or any scaling other than 100%.
  • Load sheets with the printable side up/down per your printer’s tray icon.
  • Use a fresh, flat stack; curled sheets can cause misfeeds.
