No connected DYMO printer found LabelWriter 450 (twin) Turbo

Due to the recent DYMO software update to version 1.5.0.17, you might encounter the issue “No connected DYMO printer found” when printing labels from the Back Office.

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Uninstall the current DYMO software from your computer.

  2. Go to the following link:
    https://www.dymo.com/support?cfid=dymo-compatibility-chart

  3. Use the available filters to select your printer model and operating system.


  4. Download and install version 1.4.9 of the DYMO software.

Once installed, restart your computer and test the label printing again.
