Modify Date, Time , Customer Name or Sales Person on a Completed Ticket
In this article, you will learn how to modify the Date, Time, Customer Name, or Salesperson on a completed ticket.
These changes can only be made through the Franpos Back Office under the Tickets tab, and only by users with the appropriate access permissions to edit tickets.
To Update Date/Time on Multiple Tickets at Once:
You can perform bulk updates through the Back Office, provided you have the necessary permissions.

To Update Details on a Specific Ticket:
Simply click on the relevant field, as shown in the image below, to make the changes.
