Franpos GEN 4 / Android 13 OS Update
Important Notice
This update should only be performed under the guidance of the Franpos Support Team.

Before continuing, make sure:
- All data is fully synced with the Back Office
- The cash drawer is closed
- This process is performed outside of business hours
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: On your POS, download the update file from the following link:
Download OS Update File

Step 2: On the POS, go to:
Android Settings → System → Local Update
Step 3: Tap on OTA Option → then tap Search → select your downloaded OS update file.

Please do not access file location via Recent or Downloads shortcut

Step 4:Wait for the update process to complete.
Do not power off POS until the update finishes.
After the OS Update
Once the reset is complete, please follow the instructions in the related article below to proceed a factory restet on Franpos GEN 4 Device:
