How to Enable 'Reserve with Google' Integration
Franpos offers the ability to enable the 'Reserve with Google' feature, allowing customers to book services directly from Google Places. This feature can increase your business visibility and drive more bookings through Google search and maps.
Where to Find This Setting

Navigate to Company Settings

Click on Booking Settings.

Go to the Online Booking Settings tab.
Integration Requirements
To successfully enable the 'Reserve with Google' feature, ensure that the following conditions are met:

Online Booking is enabled.

Guest Booking is enabled.
-
Your location is not in Demo mode.
-
The company website is live.
-
At least one service is available online.
-
The company location on Google Maps matches the address specified in the Company Settings.
How to Enable 'Reserve with Google'

Go to the Online Booking Settings tab.

Locate the Reserve with Google Integration section.

Toggle the switch to enable the Book Now button on Google Places.
Once enabled, it may take up to 24 hours for the integration to reflect on Google Places. Ensure that your address on Google Maps is accurate to avoid delays.
Troubleshooting

Address Mismatch: If the location on Google Maps does not match the address in Franpos, update the address in Company Settings and verify it on Google Maps.

Service Unavailable: Ensure at least one service is set to be available online.

Domain Not Assigned: Verify that a valid domain is assigned to your company settings.
